Dental hygiene
- EMS Airflow® technology
- Gentle tartar removal
- Personalised oral care
What is the real role of dental hygiene?
The mouth is a complex ecosystem. The goal is to maintain biological balance. During a dental hygiene treatment:
- We identify risks: We assess gum health and spot early decay even where there is not yet any pain.
- We provide personalised guidance: We show you which toothbrush, floss or interdental cleaner belongs in your hands, so home care stays at a professional level.
- We remove the enemy: Biofilm and tartar that can no longer be reached with home tools.
The process: Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)
-
Visible diagnosis: We “stain” your teeth with a special disclosing solution. This makes biofilm (plaque) visible that you would not see with the naked eye. You can clearly see where brushing technique needs improvement, and we can remove deposits with precision.
-
Airflow – Gentle efficiency: With a lukewarm water jet and an ultra-fine (erythritol-based) powder, we thoroughly clean the spaces between the teeth and the areas under the gumline.
-
Smart ultrasound: If we encounter stubborn, hardened tartar, we remove it with pain-reduced Piezon® technology, which applies force only where it is truly needed — protecting the enamel.
Why choose premium Airflow treatment?
Maximum cleanliness, minimal discomfort — the benefits of Swiss precision:
- Outstanding comfort: No more tensing up. Water temperature is adjustable, so the treatment remains calm and pain-free even for patients with highly sensitive teeth.
- Maximum protection for restorations: If you have implants, crowns or fixed braces, this is the safest method. It does not scratch porcelain and does not damage implant surfaces.
- Time-efficient: Thanks to the precise technology, we achieve a better result in less time.
Who is it for?
For everyone who values prevention and quality care. Especially recommended for:
- Those prone to gum inflammation: Because of the precise removal of bacteria.
- Patients with braces: Where conventional cleaning is difficult.
- Those who have been putting off tartar removal: Anyone who has delayed treatment out of fear of discomfort.
