A radiant smile, without compromise

A confident smile is one of our most important “calling cards”, whether for a business meeting or a friendly get-together. Many people want whiter teeth but worry about sensitivity or uncertain at-home methods. In our practice we use German Fläsh technology, one of the most modern and safest in-office whitening systems available today.

What makes Fläsh technology special?

Fläsh is not just a whitening gel; it is a complete system combining a special high-performance LED lamp with a scientifically developed active formula. The key is that the lamp’s light energy activates the whitening gel, which removes years of staining (coffee, tea, red wine, smoking) more deeply and effectively than any conventional method.

The treatment process: step by step to whiter teeth

  1. Preparation and protection: We create gum protection with a special light-cured material so the whitening agent only contacts the tooth surfaces. An EMS Airflow scaling is recommended 2 days before whitening.

  2. Applying the gel: We apply the professional whitening gel to the teeth.

  3. Activation with the Fläsh lamp: We start whitening with a special-wavelength LED light — usually in 3×15-minute cycles, depending on the desired result.

  4. Immediate results: We remove the protective layer, and you can see the difference straight away. The full process takes about 60–90 minutes.

Why do we recommend the Fläsh system?

Customisable, safe and striking — that is why we choose it for our patients.

  • Customisable intensity: The device settings let us adjust the light strength to each patient’s individual sensitivity, helping minimise post-treatment tooth sensitivity.
  • Maximum safety: Decades of research by the German manufacturer (WHITEsmile) ensure that the enamel structure is not damaged.
  • Striking effectiveness: A change of several shades can be achieved in a single hour — something that would take weeks with at-home methods, or might not be achievable at all.
  • Lasting results: With proper oral hygiene and following aftercare instructions, the whiter shade can be maintained for a long time.

What should you watch out for after treatment?

For the first 48–72 hours after whitening, the tooth surfaces are more vulnerable to staining. This is the “white diet” period, when strongly pigmented foods and drinks (coffee, cola, red wine, curry, berries) should be avoided.
