Case 1
Initial situation: 66-year-old woman with severely mobile teeth, gum bleeding and interdental gaps; she could not chew confidently.
Solution: Upper: temporary denture, then a removable prosthesis retained on a bar supported by 4 implants. Lower: appropriate restorative care as planned.
Result: Stable, confident chewing and smile; excellent oral hygiene with regular maintenance.
Case 2
Initial situation: 55-year-old man with missing teeth who wanted a stable restoration. Several teeth were beyond saving.
Solution: Removal of non-restorable teeth, continuous temporary prostheses, then implant-supported rehabilitation.
Result: Chewing function and facial aesthetics restored; comfort close to natural teeth.
